Dans un contexte o\u00f9 le temps de la relation peut facilement \u00eatre \u00e9cras\u00e9 par des politiques manag\u00e9riales et bureaucratiques visant la bonne pratique professionnelle et les quotas, il s\u2019av\u00e8re que rappeler la part impossible de la t\u00e2che \u00e9ducative \u2013 au sens de Freud \u2013 est essentiel. En ce sens le temps informel, si sp\u00e9cifique au champ de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, appara\u00eet comme l\u2019espace riche tout \u00e0 la fois d\u2019une part sensible, invisible, qui \u00e9chappe et qui pourtant apporte \u00e9norm\u00e9ment dans le travail \u00e9ducatif et plus largement dans la posture de l\u2019\u00e9ducateur. L\u2019article que je propose porte sur la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019espace informel tient une place incontournable, mais non ma\u00eetresse, dans la construction de la posture \u00e9ducative. Les mouvements qui permettent \u00e0 l\u2019informel d\u2019exister ou de surgir dans l\u2019espace formel, t\u00e9moignent d\u2019une approche complexe qui laisse appara\u00eetre l\u2019intranquillit\u00e9 du processus de subjectivation de l\u2019\u00e9ducateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a context where the time of the relationship can easily be crushed by managerial and bureaucratic policies aimed at good professional practice and quotas, it turns out that recalling the impossible part of the educational task \u2013 in the sense of Freud \u2013 is essential. In this sense, informal time, so specific to the field of education, appears as a rich space both on the sensitive and invisible part, which escapes and yet contributes enormously to educational work and more broadly to position of the educator. The article that I propose focuses on the way in which the informal space holds an essential, but not central, place in the construction of the educational posture. The movements that allow the informal to exist or to arise in the formal space, testify to a complex approach that reveals the intranquillity of the process of subjectivation of the educator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
